What We Do

We are dedicated to the impact and value of missions, especially locally. Our objective is not to just give money to worthy causes but to engage with the missions we support as partners—they know us, we know them, and we work together to achieve the common goal of spreading the “Good News.”

Vacation Bible School (VBS)

For decades we have been known for our VBS program. In 2021 we “restarted” our VBS program following a year of having missed it due to Covid 19. Our “restart” relied heavily on Answers In Genesis (AIG) as we wanted to center the education on unwavering yet inspirational Biblical principles for the children. That approach has continued and with the help of several parents our attendance has grown 25% each year since 2021. We expect to have more than 50 students in 2025. The kids have tons of fun while they also learn Biblical truth.

Operation Christmas Child

We are fully committed to support of this fabulous mission! Just a few years ago we packed about 100 shoeboxes, then over 200, then over 300 and in 2023 we packed over 400! In this endeavor we don’t just “go it alone,” but we collaborate with our missions’ partners as well as with our VBS kids, parents and teachers. This mission has captured the hearts and energies of our congregation.
